Andrew D. Meer

Andrew David (Andy) Meer, 44, of Milroy, IN, passed away May 2nd, at IU Ball Memorial, Muncie, IN following an extended illness.  Andy was born in Rushville August 19, 1976, the son of Tim Meer and the late Marcia (Martin) Meer.

He graduated from Rushville Consolidated High School in 1995 and worked several jobs including the custodian at Miller Equipment in Rushville.  He also had been a volunteer for the Anderson Township Vol. Fire Dept in the past.  He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Andy is survived by his Father Tim, of Milroy; a sister, Christina D. Meer (Companion David Evans), of Rushville; his step-grandmother, Arlene Jessup of Shelbyville, IN. Also his aunts and uncles, and several cousins will miss him.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Marcia Meer; Grandparents, Mel and Naomi Martin, Clarence and Frances Meer

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Friday May 7, 2021 with Rev. James Brockmeier, Celebrant.  Friends may call at church from 10 AM until mass.  Burial will follow at Rushville's Calvary Cemetery.
