Bobby E. Brumfield Jr.

Bobby Eugene Brumfield, Jr., 57, formerly of Rush County, passed away Aug. 21, 2021 following an extended illness.

Bobby was born in Rushville, IN on Feb. 1, 1964, a son of Bobby E. Brumfield, Sr. of Arlington, IN and the late Shirley A. (Ratekin) Brumfield.  His father survives.  

He grew up in Arlington and was a 1984 graduate of RCHS.  He worked as an automotive mechanic at several shops.  Bobby also worked at the former Navistar Corporation in Indianapolis several years. 

Bobby is  survived by two daughters, Brittany N. Niece, of Lucerne, IN;  and Brittany Jones, of Shelbyville, IN;  two sons Shane A. Brumfield, of Greenfield, IN;  Joe Brumfield, of Westfield, IN;  a brother, Chris (Christy) Brumfield, of Milroy, IN.  Seven grandchildren will also miss him.

He was preceded in death by his Mother and a sister, Sandy Buchanan.
