Brian L Coffey

Brian L Coffey, 57, of Muncie and formerly of Rushville, IN passed away June 17, 2023.

Brian was born July 29, 1965 in Rushville to the late Ernest Coffey and Wilma (Sweet) Logan.

Brian married Beth Ann Nigh and would have five children.

Brian worked for thirteen years as a programmer in a machine shop and laid asphalt for many years after that. He loved the outdoors and of course his grandchildren.  He was a big fan of the Colts!

In addition to his spouse, Brian is survived by his two sons Jason (Holly) Orr, Travis (Mindy) Coffey; three daughters Keeley (Steve) Smith, Jamie (Brandon) Metcalf and Tiffany (Jamie) Featherston.

Also surviving are his 20 grandchildren, brothers Bob, Earl and Tom Coffey;  half-brothers Brad and Kelly Williams and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Dave, Jack and Art Coffey, sister Linda Swain, half-brothers Matt and Daniel Williams, grandson Malachi Adams and his Mother-In-Law, Diane Hartley. She was a big part of his life.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1 P.M. Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory.  Mark Lloyd will officiate.  Friends are welcome to visitation from 11 A.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Rushville, IN.
