Jessie E. Millsaps, 47, of Milroy, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2023 in Indianapolis, IN.
Jessie was born in Etowah, TN on September 1st, 1975, a son of Lena (Gabbard) Brown and Jessie H. Millsaps. He worked as a Laborer and also loved to work on cars in his free time.
Jessie is survived by his mother, Lena Brown of Milroy, four daughters, Taylor Smift, Allie, Savannah Kennedy and Brianna and three sons Brendon Millsaps, of Greensburg, Brock Millsaps and Bryce Millsaps both of Rushville; and a sister, Gala Brown, of Rushville.
Simple Cremation was chosen by the family.
