Joann Ruble Obituary
Joann Marie Ruble, 64, of Greenfield, formally of Rushville, passed away Sept. 23, 2019 following her battle with cancer.
A Funeral Service will be held 10 AM September 28th at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory in Rushville with Pastor Gary A. Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at the East Brook Cemetery in Milroy, IN. Visitation will be held 4 PM to 7PM September 27th at Todd Funeral Centre.
Joann was born in Rushville, IN on October 12, 1954, a daughter of the late Anna (Purdy) and Roy Lappin. She married Jimmie E. Ruble on May 12, 1979, and he passed away Nov. 6, 2002
She was a 1972 graduate of RCHS and later graduated from Ball State University with a BA in Education. She retired after teaching many years at Arlington and Milroy (IN) Elementary Schools. She attended Rushville First Church of God.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son Robbie (Amanda) Ruble and grandson, Kellen Ruble of Fishers; a sister, Janet, widow of Kenneth Helms, of Greenfield, IN; a brother, David (Brenda) Lappin, of Springfield, MO. Arrangement by Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory.
