Jordy L. Steele

Jordy L. Steele, 34, of Laurel, IN passed away September 15, 2023. 

Jordy was born November 7, 1988 in Vero Beach, FL to Donald and Angela (Smallwood) Steele. 

Jordy was a kind, fun loving and in tune with nature. His church was the outdoors. He loved to fish and hunt. 

In addition to his parents, he will be missed by his fiancé Deidra Taylor, daughter Jordan Steel, son Loki Steele, sister Shelby Brook Allen, step-daughters Kayla Sears, Larra King, Bella Peters and step-son Landon Gabbard. 

Also missing him are his grandparents Vicki Smallwood, Denver Dale (Thelma) Steele, Jr, Mildred Robertson and his grandchildren James Holland, Rylin King and Kai King along with numerous aunts and uncles.

Jordy was preceded in death by his grandfather Ernie Smallwood.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, September 22, 2023 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory with Pastor Rob Edwards presiding. Friends are welcome to visitation from 11 A.M. until the time of service on Friday. Burial to follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Rushville, IN.
