Kimberly D. Gill

Kimberly D. Gill, a loving mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at Our Hospice in Columbus, IN on June 23, 2023. 

A Celebration of Life will be 1PM Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory.  Visitation will be from 11AM until the service.  Cremation will follow.

Born September 7, 1975, in Knoxville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Danny J. Gill and Tammy Gale (Brummett) Fortune. After attending North Vermillion High School and obtaining her GED, Kimberly dedicated her life to her family and friends. 

She was a stay-at-home mother for most of her life, raising her two beloved children, Haley C. Graham and Tyler J. Gill. When she did work outside the home, Kimberly provided exceptional customer service at Speedway Service Station, Pizza Hut, and the Village Pantry.

Kimberly was a fierce advocate for children and always ensured their well-being. She had a kind heart and was never afraid to stand up for what was right. Despite her own struggles with alcoholism and mental health, Kimberly remained resilient and strong, overcoming many obstacles throughout her life.  Before her health declined, Kimberly had a passion for creating beautiful necklaces out of glass beads, a testament to her artistic and creative spirit.

In addition to her children, Kimberly is survived by her sister, Sunday C. Eisermann; lifelong friends, Barry L. Graham Jr. and Will Dodge; and multiple nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.
