Laura Jo Cornelius, age 61 of Rushville passed away September 24, 2023 at her residence.
She was born May 29, 1962 and Rushville, a daughter of the late Richard and Ruth McFarland Mastin. She was a 1980 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and was a factory worker most of her life. She had been a stay at home mom for several years, taking care of her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving daughters, Emily (Scott) Coyle and Charliegh Cornelius; sisters, Eva (Mark) Shepherd and Grace Smith; brothers, Michael (Lori) Mastin and John (Nancy) Mastin and her grandchildren, who she loved dearly, Dixie, Ethan, Chloe & Gunner. Also missing her are several nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Mary Gore; brother, Clearence Piper and her husband, Eddie Raisor.
