Obituary
Nancy L. Bucklew, 62, of Rushville, Indiana passed away February 5, 2023.
Nancy was born July 25, 1960 in Rushville to the late William and Mary (Turner) Springman.
She graduated from Rushville Consolidated High School, class of 1979. Nancy enjoyed her time volunteering for Rushville Elementary School and working for H&R Block.
Nancy married Steven Bucklew on August 22, 1981 and he would precede her in death in 2020.
Nancy was a devout and lifelong member of the Pentecostal Church, attending many years at Lakeview Pentecostal. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, baking, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter Mary Patton, of Indianapolis, IN; granddaughters Chloe and Allison Patton, of Indianapolis, IN; a great-granddaughter Valerie Patton and her two brothers William (Jean Ann) Springman, Jr and Kevin Springman.
In addition to her husband and parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother Steve Springman.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory in Rushville, IN with Pastor Darryl Cooper officiating. A visitation will be held from 11 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Hannegan Cemetery in Rushville, IN.
