Phillip Jack Norris, 69, of Rushville, IN, passed away September 21, 2021.
Jack was born in Rushville, IN on June 12, 1952, a son of the late Dorothy (Sharpe) and Paul B Norris. He graduated from RCHS in 1970 and was a member of Main Street Christian Church. He retired from the Indiana State Highway after 30 years of service. He did about every job with INDOT working primarily in the Greenfield location. Jack loved gardening, woodworking and keeping the bird feeders full.
He is survived by a sister, Donna J. Adams, of Shelbyville, IN; and a daughter, Tracy N. Letzler, of Muncie, IN;
He was preceded in death by his parents and an older brother.
Graveside services will be 11AM Monday, September 27, 2021 at East Hill Cemetery in Rushville with Chip West officiating.
