Richard “Rich” Asher, 73, of Glenwood, IN, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Thursday, May 26, 2022.
Rich was born on October 17, 1948 to Clinton and Phyllis (Wingate) Asher in Crawfordsville, IN. He graduated from Russellville High School in Russellville, IN. After graduating, Rich worked on the family farm and grew a love for truck driving. He continued to drive mostly across country for 50 years until he retired in 2015.
Rich met the love of his life, Bobbie, and they were married for 40 years. They were inseparable until God called her home on November 20, 2021. Rich had been previously married to Cindy for 10 years prior to meeting Bobbie.

He loved to go racing, go fishing and watch country westerns in his recliner. Rich was a generous man and would do his best for anyone in need. His passing has left an empty space that will never be able to be replaced.

He has 10 wonderful grandchildren whom he loved very much.
