Virginia Gephart Obituary

Virginia L. (Baker) Gephart, 68, a lifelong Rush County resident, passed away at 5:33 AM Monday, April 8th at Flatrock River Lodge.

She was born on July 3, 1955, in Rush County to Everett and Marjorie (Ruble) Baker. She married Kevin Gephart on December 23, 1989, and he survives.
Ginny worked at three different factories over the years until a back injury caused her to be disabled officially in 2009. She attended both Big Flatrock Christian Church and Ray's Crossing Christian Union Church. Ginny loved spending time outdoors and traveling when she was still able. She had a love of reading, music, and animals that she passed on to her daughters. She was also a talented artist even though she would tell anyone that she was not.

In addition to her husband Kevin of Rushville, Ginny is survived by her two daughters Samantha Gephart of Milroy and Kerry Gephart of Rushville. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Everett Baker Jr., Phillip,  Patrick, "Bud" and Gene Ralph Baker, an older sister Phyllis Nail, and a twin sister Loralei "Tiny" Baker.

A small memorial service will be held on a later date at Ray’s Crossing Christian Union Church.  Please light a candle and share your memory with the family at www.ToddFuneralHome.com
