I found Jim Todd to be very professional, skilled and kind. Jim is empathetic, respectful, patient and positive. He is a good listener and was very helpful in wisely guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Jim is supportive and comforting in his manner. He made a difficult time easier for me.
Jim honors tradition which led to a very nice service for Mother. While I had less contact with his son Dannon, I am left with a very good impression of him. I find him to be like his father: professional, kind, and helpful.
The newer facility is immaculate, attractive, comfortable and peaceful. The overall impression is very pleasant and confirmed to me that Todd’s is a respectful and lovely place to hold a funeral for a loved one.
My thoughts were confirmed by others who remarked how nice and professional everything was. From the time they were greeted at the door to the words Jim said at the gravesite. One person said she felt at peace by those words. They commented that the facility was very nice and that the lovely large room can hold a large number of people. Over and over, I was told that it was a very nice service.
The family is most thankful to James and Dannon Todd. Because of them, we were able to honor Mother with a lovely Service.
